Good Suggestion. I haven't tried AOL Anywhere's web mail function.

Here goes. If this post appears on the list then it is possible to use AOL 10.1.2 to 
send a plain text message via web mail.

Too bad AOL makes its users jump through so many hoops just to send a plain text 
message under MacOS X.

PS the AOL's web mail spell check doesn't recognize "AOL" it shows it as a typo.
