Sarcasm aside, it really is that easy. I just bought one myself recently and it was a piece of cake to install. Two boards: TV tuner in it's appropriate slot, Video Input card in it's appropriate slot. If you don't have the TV Tuner, you can plug a standard VCR into the RCA video inputs and watch TV that way. Be sure you have the Video Startup Extension and QuickTime 3 in your system folder, run "Apple Video Player" and voila. Use any analog video device (My son uses his Nintendo 64) and use Apple Video Player to select the input source (TV Tuner/RCA/S-Video).
