Ah, I'm beginning to see where confusion might arise.
If you connect the card with the RCA plugs to a VCR
then you don't need the TV tuner card. The tuner card
is for changing channels. Which the VCR will do. If
you need an antenna, it's easier to connect it to the
VCR rather then the Mac. And using a VCR lets you
watch movies too.
