According to GURU, the 74300/180 ships with a 256k L2 Cache, and 2mb VRAM, . Video can be at millions of colors at 832x624. with that memory. If you can go as high as 1024x768, you should only get thousands. If that's the case, then its 2mb. If you still get millions, then you have 4mb.
8.1 has very scant info on hardware in the System Profile. Tattletech is pretty good, but it didn't recognize my 1mb L2 Cache properly, but it did recognise my VRAM correctly.
