I have an NEC MultiSync XV174 Monitor that has developed a new twist. When turn on 6500, monitor comes on also as it should, but pix is smaller than raster by about 1 inch all sides, gets brighter and shuts off even with led showing it is on.
Play with it and switch res to 600x800 and back again and after several changes it finally works well. Is this a problem anybody knows about - is this indication that monitor is getting bad or 6500 is sending smaller than required signal.
