I tried on the G list but no one responded regarding using the iMic. Has anyone tried this iMic? I bought one but am having a hard time getting it to work on my G3 using 9.2.2. My main problem is that when I use the sound control panel for play through of line in source like my tape player, the computer freezes. I used Sound studio, as well as Sound Edit 16 v2. Recording doesn't seem to be a problem; just play through.
It works great in OS X.2. I did get a lot of responses on the OS X list. Sound Studio works in OS 9 and X but it's shareware and $49. Nice utility but there are cheaper alternatives.
