I have purchased an UltraTek/66 controller PCI card (a Promise
card converted to aVST UltraTek/66).

I know nothing about IDE drives. Will an EIDE drive work with this? I
know that an ATA 100 or 133 will work but what else should I be
looking for to insure it will work well on my 8500/Powerlogix G3/384
MB/OS 8.6 and one PCI slot left for the card. I've seen lots of
drives for sale but can't tell if there is any Mac specific
compatibility issues. Looking for ease of formatting here, and have
a line on a few good deals but need quick answers. Jeff (who sold me
the card) are you out there? Other folks input also invited.

Thanks,

Mike
