Right, so I am using Virex 6.1 on my 6500/G3 Mac OS 8.6. However, tech support either A) blows, B) I'm too daft to find it or, C) too cheap to pay for it. Whenever it scans for viruses, I am presented with the warning, "Could not save report in file 'Virex Report' because the volume could not be found (is not mounted). -35" Huh? I click OK to dismiss the warning and Virex merrily continues its work.
Since I cannot find any info on correcting this, I am considering leaving behind McAfee's step-child. Any recommendations, (Virex fixes or other Mac-friendly antivirus software) will be warmly received. Thanks, -- \/ X / \ sschario -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
