I've been getting "out of memory, Launcer is disabled" dialog boxes.

I've got over 160 Meg 'largest unused block' of memory, I was just replying
to a short e-mail. I must have plenty of memory, what is going on?

PM 7200/75, OS 7.6.1, 58 Mb availiable on disk

Restarting cures it temporarily but it comes back. Any help appreciated.
