It's commercial software, I'm pretty sure... Another option is to use Apple's Disk Copy (a free download that you probably already have), create a disk image from the folder, and then send the image. You need Disk Copy to both create and open (i.e. mount) the image. Linux boxes with hfs ability and loopback devices should be able to mount these images too, and I've had some success burning these images to cd using cdrecord under Linux...
