I had difficulty getting ICQ to start up the other day. I just started it up now, and found no problems. It might be something to do with your computers finder, etc. Restart your computer and try again. You might also be experiencing internet difficulties due to weather. We are having a hell of a storm up here in the south eastern part of Ontario Canada, and from what I've heard this is pretty typical in many states for you Americans as well.
