I am currently running OS X 10.2.4 and I have never been able to get this drive to work under 10.2.x. I have tried installing the Cypress drivers, but they do not allow me to burn. Even after a clean install of OS X. When I try with Toast 5.2 it burns fine until the end of the disc and then it hangs (I'm guess while its trying to close the disc). The only thing that works right is reading regular CDs. Any other accessing of the drive (i.e. trying to look at it in Apple System Profiler, puting a blank CD-R when just in the Finder) give me a spinning cursor and no response until I disconnect or turn the drive off. If you can't help me with this, could you possibly forward this to someone who might at Cypress? I've liked this drive, but its pretty much useless to me right now.
