Is this the model where the ROM and cache are on the same module?

I have a couple of the type where the ROM and cache are on the same
module and I was going to offer them for shipping, but I just went
to check the part number on them, and I can't find them. I remember
cleaning up and reorganizing and apparently I moved them from where
they sat for the last three years, but I have no idea where they
went. It doesn't seem like the kind of thing I'd throw away.
