Possibly.  Newer SCSI drives will come with either a 68- or 80-pin
connector.  If you get an 80-pin drive, you'll probably need an
adaptor of some sort.  If you get a 68-pin drive, then if you have
a wide SCSI card it may just plug in directly (though you may still
have to jumper the drive for high voltage/single-ended use.  If the
drive doesn't have that capability, then an adaptor would be required).
If you have narrow SCSI card (50-pin), then you'll also need an
adaptor.
