I have an Power Mac 7200/90 and until now, have been successfully reading
and copying files from Mac double-density disks to the hard drive for
archives purposes. I am suddenly unable to copy files from a batch (6) of
double-density disks. I am able to load the disk and read the contents of
the files, but when I try to copy them to the desktop or a hard drive
folder, the computer crashes. The has happened repeatedly and I cannot
figure out how to proceed. The disks are Sony Micro Floppydisk Double Sided
and the files have Last Modified dates from 1989-1990.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I don't have access to any other
working Macs with drives capable of reading double density disks.
