You should check out the StarMax list; its a great list and
it covers the tanzania computers. However, I'll tell you now that
the odds are you don't have a power supply problem, you need a new
battery; and after letting the computer sit unplugged with no
battery, then plug in the battery and hold the CUDA switch for
anywhere from 3 to 30 seconds (depending upon whom you ask).
The battery is hard to find, however many people just go into
radio shack and get a plastic battery case and put a couple of
penlight batteries in it. This is a notorious tanzania problem and
I am sure you can find a lot of info on it in the starmax archives.
