No, sorry, I can tell you from experience that different families 
(5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx, 8xxx, 9xxx) use different modules, but, in general, 
models from the same family (7500, 7600; 8500, 8600) use the same style 
chips. This is not always the case, and there are a few PPC models 
(mostly pre PCI IIRC) that have the cache on board.
