There are Twin Turbo cards from ixMicro and Apple OEM Twin Turbo cards.

The ixMicro cards have an ixMicro ROM installed and work with the
ixMicro drivers which you can download from OWC.

The Apple OEM card has a modified ROM on board from Apple which does
not work with the ixMicro software and requires the "9600 Graphic
Accelerator" extension. The card then works with Apple's Monitors
CP. The ixMicro CP does not work with the Apple OEM card.

Physically, the Apple card has a single DB15 video port on the back.
The ixMicro card has both a DB15 connector and a VGA connector (you
can only use one at a time).

However, note that it is possible to switch the ROM chips between the
two as the chips are socketed and compatible. So the number of video
ports on the back is not proof positive of which card you have. In
reality very few of the cards have had their ROMs switched, so you
may rely on the physical appearance of the card to tell you which
version you have. But there could be that rare instance...

A while back it was the case that the Apple OEM card seemed to work
better for installing OSX and perhaps running it. I'm not sure if
that is still true or not.
