If you're able to connect to your ISP and the modem doesn't drop the 
connection, then its script is just fine; leave it alone.  And leave 
the cdev set to PPP Server.

"cannot get a web page to load" is a general description. You need to 
be more specific...  Are you able to translate domain names to ip 
addresses?  Or is the browser getting stuck after that step?  Can you 
ping places like 216.239.37.99?
