A NAT router/firewall. NAT is the thingy that makes all the
computers on your local (private) ethernet LAN smell like only one
computer (using one IP address) to the outside world.

You can use an off-the-shelf hardware box, such as made by LinkSys or D-Link.

Or, since you seem to just want to share a PPP connection, you can
just add some routing software to *either* your Mac or PC.

On the PC, you'd need a product such as WinProxy. I don't really
know anyone that's had good fast stable maintenance-free connectivity
with WinProxy, but it works and its the popular solution for a PC.

On the Mac, you can use a product such as IPNetRouter. I recommend
IPNR; very fast (It uses your Mac's built-in routing capability - one
of the fastest IP stacks in the world), very stable, etc.

ObDisclaimer: I like IPNR so much that I became a Sustworks Reseller. :)
