Hi,
I'm interested in adding a USB port, but I don't know the first place to start .
I've got a PowerMac 7300/200, with 768 MB of RAM, but otherwise a completely "stock" machine, runnind OS 9.1. It's been a rock-steady dependable computer for creating piano scores.
Get an OHCI compliant USB 2-port PCI card and you're set. Go to Apple and download the USB Support package, install it and you're cooking with gas, or at least running with working USB ports.
Belkin makes one for about $25.
