I just recently got a 12" Apple Compatibility Card.

I don't have any instructions with it.

It has an extra cable and some wires that I have no
clue as to where they go?

You should be able to download the manual from Apple's site. You will also need to download the software. And you will need a copy of DOS 6.2.2? and/or Windoze 95/98 to run the PCI side.

The video cable is a loopback cable which allows you to use one monitor for the Mac and PC environments. But if you use separate monitors you will still need to use the loopback cable to get video from the card. The other cables are for getting audio from the card to the board. How these are connected depends on which Mac you're installing it into, if it has a sound card, etc.
