I have swapped logic boards between 5200, 6300, and 6360. It seems to me 
to be primarily limited to the monitor rather than the logic board. Had a 
5200/120 that would only do 640x480. Installing a 6300 gave 832x624. 
Haven't done a real "study" of the relationships, but...
