Yes, and they do not seem to be interested in helping me. In order to contact their support via e-mail, you must have a valid product serial number from one of their current products.... I tried e-mailing the UK office of the company as their e-mail response form was a little less strict. Their ftp site comes up blank, and i cannot register for the same reason as above. Please, any further ideas??
