Thanks! I've given it 1000k and boosted the minimum to the minimum level (it was set below this). >I have this problem when printing to my old HP DeskWriter. I have at present 768mb RAM and a 36gb boot HD which is far from full, so these shouldn't be a problem. It did this with 1.5gb RAM too. I have looked for printer drivers. nothing in my Extensions and Find doesn't find anything "drivers'. Perhaps lack of a driver is part of my Chooser problem? I have a LaserWriter Pro 630 printer description, but doubt this is a driver(?). I bought the printer used and it didn't come with any software, but I have been using it for some years now. -- Andrew Grebneff 165 Evans St, Dunedin, New Zealand 64 (3) 473-8863 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Fossil preparator Seashell, Macintosh & VW/Toyota van nut -- Andrew Grebneff 165 Evans St, Dunedin, New Zealand 64 (3) 473-8863 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Fossil preparator Seashell, Macintosh & VW/Toyota van nut -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
