Sorry, but as usual, I seem to be the exception. For a while I desided to ignored the warnings, and was apparently removed frm the PCI list. After ignoring them for a week or two, no more messages (this in not the period a week-or-so-ago when the forum became very, very quiet for a few days). I had to re-subscribe, and the forum started flowing again to me.
When I do reply to the warnings (before I was removed from the list, and after signing up again), I keep getting the e-mails.
