Hi listers and listees !
I thought jumper settings for the Quantum Viking II SCSI 4Gig drive would be easy to find. Acter ten hours of experimentation and rebooting combined with a web search of the hardware hell sites and Apple, Quantum (yes then Maxtor ) sites has left me frustrated.
Alone it boots fine. Runs great. But it won't play nice with the other children when they are connected to the SCSI playground ( Bus ).
Can anyone send a URL or other info so I can perduade this drive to let the others on the bus ? -- W.A. D'Alessio
I've just emailed you direct with the pdf showing the jumper configuration. I've got one of these drives in my 7600, did have 2, but swapped the second with a friend as I use this Mac less now.

Thanks Steve ! Just what I need. My system thanks you too !
Adrian
