The 6400's two ram sockets accept 64 MB sims. Combined with the 8 MB on the motherboard, your max ram is 136 MB
That's what the 6116 supposedly takes. That is Apople spec from before the bigger SIMMs came out. Listees have these machines happily running double the factory RAM specs.
