Hello list, I bought the Microsoft wireless optical desktop when I saw that it was a USB keyboard with media control features that is supported in OS 8.6 (I was burned by a logitech elite that wasn't supported by 8.6, but just listed on the box reqs a Mac with a USB port).
I'm running a PM 6500 with the Sonnett L2 G3 upgrade, OS 8.6, and USB support 1.4. The wireless mouse works well. The keyboard however has problems. If I don't have the software installed, the keyboard works fine (of course, without the media control buttons). Now, if I do install the software, the media control buttons work, but NOTHING else does. I can't find anything on MS's website regarding this, and I'm wondering if any of you have run into this before. Thanks, -Randall Smith -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
