You could check out <http://consument.chipmunk.nl/DRAM/ChipManufacturers.htm> or maybe <http://www.arstechnica.com/paedia/r/ram_id-1.html>. (I have no experience with the latter, however.) On the other hand, to spend a lot of time on an 8mb RAM DIMM and/or risk blowing a logic board for it seems silly. That much RAM is worth little more than US$1. Stick it back in the 7600 if you have room for it! Also, a 7500 or 7600 logic board with a processor card and 2 MB of VRAM shouldn't cost you more than about $25 including shipping in the U.S.. (You can use the RAM and cache DIMM, as well as any PCI cards, drives, etc., from the 7200.) Even with a slow processor card, it will probably be faster than the 7200, and you can upgrade it a lot more easily.
