I'm surely not a PPC clone expert, but 1-way and 2-way cards were made in the 
standard card configuration, with Apple, NewerTech and Daystar all making 
2-ways, and Daystar making 4-ways, although perhaps not in the standard card size.

64-ways are known to exist, although not in the standard processor card size.
