I purchased a 7300 from the list and it worked fine. I was getting it for a
friend who only had PCs. When I delivered it, it chimed but would not boot. I
opened it up even the swing up section and found one of the PCI closures lying
on the MB. I thought it would be ruined, but upon removing and replacing the
PCI metal pieces in its place, it worked fine.

and of course don't forget to reseat the processor in its slot !? happened a lot here when moving.
