Sorry about the misscommunication, I ment how I could share the TCP/IP connection through Appletalk from my PowerMac with OS 7.5.5.
inet <-> Win2kServe <-> PM7300 <-> Mac SE
In a word - blech. But it can be done, and it's actually pretty fast. A bit easier if you use OS 8 on the PM, but...
Connect the PM 7300 and Mac SE via serial LocalTalk and verify that it's working. (Share a folder on the PM 7300 and access it on the SE).
On the PM 7300, run Apple's LocalTalk Bridge to create the necessaries to tunnel IP through AppleTalk. Also run Sustwork's IPNetRouter to route the IP from the PM 7300's ethernet iface to the LocalTalk (tunneled) iface.

LocalTalk Bridge is free, but unsupported. IPNetRouter has a trial period, so you can at least see if it works for you. If you decide you want to buy, hit me back and we can talk price.
