I'd suggest to go here *before* deleting any Eudora folders: http://www.eudora.com/techsupport/newto5/upgrade/mac.html#4
Go to the part that says, "If something goes wrong". Also remember that it's possible to intentionally have more than one Eudora folder and settings if you have different users.
