I have a CD burner in the top bay of a 6500, same case as the 6400. I 
just leave the bezel off. Not very pretty, but...

If you want it to look pretty, you will have to modify a blank bezel. The 
best job I have seen (can't remember where) also modified the drive sled 
by making new holes to move the drive forward far enough to match the 
outside face of the blank bezel. Careful work and you can make it look 
good.

As far as I know, only blank and Zip Drive bezels were manufactured for 
the 6400/6500.
