Can the list recommend a good hard disk defragmentation program? Something freeware, or "free" is OK. (meaning warez)

Legal "gray area" software is OK with me, sometimes. I just want to be able to defragement my disks and not have to pay through the nose for it.

Apple should have really put a defrag app in with the OS... at least OS X should have this. This is an area where Apple really lags behind Microsoft; they have had one with the OS since Win 95 came out...
