I have a QuickTake 100, & even with the newer PowerPlug (4.1.2), & with ObjectSupportLib dumped, the QuickTake software creates an unrecoverable cursor freeze (requiring a 3-finger salute to reboot) every time I try to do anything in it. This is under 8.6 on my G3. The software works fine on my 6500 under 8.1.
Processor is probably too fast for the software. Possibly an instruction from the software not recognized by the G3 which ends up being an illegal instruction.
I've tried to run the software on several computers running 8.6 except the LC 580. G3MT Stock and freezes, 8600/G3 300 and freezes, 8600/200 works some time but usually freezes,7600/120 works some times, 7500/100 works, 7200/120 and 90 works, 7100/66 works, 6500/225 works, 5500/225 works, LC580 works.
