Probably not much.

The mobo has two internal SCSI bus connectors and one external SCSI bus 
connector.

SCSI-2 (logically, SCSI Bus 1) is the same as the external bus connector, 
and is 5 MB/sec.

SCSI-1 (logically, SCSI Bus 0) is 10 MB/sec (U-SCSI).

On most machines, the internal SCSI cable is connected to SCSI-1.
