Inquiry: Even with the 2 GB size issue under Mac OS 8.6, has anyone patched Drive Setup version 1.7.3 and the [Apple] CD/DVD Driver [version 1.0.1, version 1.2.2, or later] to allow booting from DVD-RAM and DVD-ROM volumes, whether the drive is internal or external SCSI, or internal ATAPI-IDE, or FireWire, under Mac OS 8.6?
