There is one called "Proximotion". It takes some tech skill to set up because you have to change settings in your browser using the proximotion as a remote proxy. Then the proximotion has to be turned on each time you reload or reboot or the browser can't find the web.
Sounds like a lot of pain. It isn't once a person gets use to it. It kills all the pop ups, pop under, banner ads, the information cookies that search who you are and where your ISP is located. It also stops those annoying web pages that trap you where one can't back off them. (usually sexual explicit web sites) and one has to kill their browser to get lose. There are others. Drop in on http://www.Cnet.com and look in the downloads. Tell it to search for popup blockers for Mac. Tell it you want the free ones. Read the reviews. Don't load the ones with Trojan horses that report back your web surfing habits. http://www.Tucows.com is usually pretty good Still more? Drop in on http://www.PCmag.com and do the same search. LOL, yes they have MAC software listed. Although not near as much. Believe it or not, PC people do write software for MAC a lot of times. PC and MS might rule the world but MAC runs the show for serious workaholics. http://www.BarbieLee.com "Model Makers" "A Change of Heart" "Catalyst" ask for them at your favorite book store -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
