I just pulled the NewerTech G3 300 card from my 8500 and put it in my 8600. It seems to be working fine. However, Apple system profiler shows it as a 8500 and running at 279 Mhz. Gauge Pro shows it running at 302.1 Mhz. Which is right and why is the 8600 showing up as a 8500? -- Thanks,
