Is anybody aware of Mac software/shareware/freeware that will allow me to create a message board for a website? I manage my employer's web site using FrontPage, but that program does not have message board capability.

Front Page? <screams and runs away.....> Ouch! Just kidding :-) Not exactly the best thing to use for making websites IMHO.

Your hosting server, if fully featured, might have some open source mailing lists and message boards to install with one click that you can customize, or might allow you to install them yourself.

Check to see if you have any extra services like cgi, php, mysql and get back to me.
There are many php free solutions.
See a sample here:

www.macreserves.org/messageboard/

That is Powered by phpBB 2.0.5
Others like UBB are costly (about $200) to buy the script.
There are other FREE programs you can install that run off php but first you must see if your provider gives you that function.
