Any way to network them together for >improved performance? -------- Well, I did much the same thing recently to make a "FrankenMac" 7500/150 from parts of a 7200 (RAM, case plastics, VRAM), 7500 (Logic board, some RAM, some VRAM), 6360 (8x CD-ROM) and an 8500 (VRAM, RAM, processor card).
Just take the fastest processor and all the VRAM and RAM you can use, best case parts, and other "most advanced" components. Nice thing about Macs is the interchangeability of parts.
