Actually you could, but it would take a heck of a lot of adapters. One to adapt DB-15 to VGA, then one to adapt VGA to ADC [if there is one that does this] or ... VGA to DVI and then DVI to ADC ... those last two are very expensive.

No way you can use LCD display's DVI-I cable connector without upgrading
your video card.
