Here is what I found: On Os 9.04, in the system profiler it says beside each DIMM:
PC-100 322S* PC-100 222S
with only a notation that says "a * indicates slower RAM"
Nothing in Os X
And nothing in Tech Tool Lite but I'll bet it's Tech Tool Pro that told the actual NS of each chip.
