I am trying to get VueScan to work. I have a 8600/300 with OS X and a Apple Color OneScanner 600/27. I downloaded VueScan and installed it, but when I click the scan button, it looks like it is working. However, the scanner never scans. Do I need to download and install some drivers for the scanner, or should OS X support it? ASP shows the scanner as a "parallel device" and manufactured by Canon. I know the scanner works, because I can use it in OS 9 with OneScanner Dispatch. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Thanks,

Kevin
