While this particular problem is with a Beige G3, it has occurred in the past with older Macs.

I have a 40GB drive in my G3, with OS X 10.2 and 9.2.2 on the first partition, 3 data partitions, and the rest of the space was devoted to Yellow Dog Linux. Needless to say, I screwed up YDL and would like to remove the partitions and possibly make the space HFS+ without removing everything else on the drive.

Any suggestions?
