I need a link to a utility that will test the integrity of my RAM. Any
suggestions????

RAMometer from NewerTech. They also released GaugePro which included RAMometer but GaugePro has a bug in its RAM checker with RAM amounts of 1 GB and higher.

Keep in mind that no RAM checker available for the Mac will check the RAM where the Mac OS is stored. So, on x500 machines, e.g., it is good to put a known good DIMMs in A1 and A4 (A1 and A6 on the 9500/9600) and put any DIMMs to be tested in A2 and A3. The DIMMs in A1 and A4 will cover the OS (if they're large enough) to make sure that A2 and A3 are completely tested.

RAMometer needs about 1500 iterations (overnight essentially) to completely test RAM. I've seen consistent failures in the 1200 -1300 iteration range on bad DIMMs.
