You might have to worry about jealousy issues. Some of the TV models don't have much 
self-confidence and will hit your PC while you're not looking. I've seen one that 
would wait until the owner was out of the room and power-cycle the poor thing until it 
didn't know up from down. In one extreme case, the TV managed to jam the PC's network 
cable into line current. Unfortunately, they were hooked together, so it was a 
murder-suicide. Very sad. The owner turned neo-Luddite and moved to a cabin in the 
mountains.

However, most of the newer TVs, especially the high-end models, can handle it. The 
big-screen models tend to be very mellow, and the HD models are young and cocky.
