Thanks for that input. I don't know enough about audio PCI cards to see if the README file on that applies to me.
As far as I know I don't have any audio PCI cards, but I have an IDE Hard drive, so should I even try it?
Heck I went ahead and downloaded the app from the link you posted Chris but when
I clicked on the OPtimizer and it said the "ACARD IDE or RAID can't be found. "
if you have an IDE drive you must have a PCI card if the drive is connected inside the 7500, did you ever open it up ? if I am not mistaken the 4400 had an original ide drive ?
